今天英国下议院就首相约翰逊上周所提出的脱欧方案作投票
周一(14 日)英国下议院将会就首相约翰逊上周所提出，倘若英国一旦於今年底在无协议下脱欧，英国将可不再需要执行於今年 1 月与欧盟达成的一些方案作投票。据了解，在英国下议院当中，保守党占有80 席属多数。但不少保守党议员已表明不支持约翰逊政府的行动。现市场关注英国下议院今晚的投票情况。若上述方案通过，料往後与欧盟就脱欧的谈判将更困难，并定将使英国在无协议下脱欧风险大增。这一切可不利於英镑。
日本央行很大机会维持所有货币政策不变
日本央行本周维持所有货币政策不变机会大。原因简单，因为日本自民党於本周三才正式推举新首相人选。相信待新首相人选落定，让日央行行长黑田东彦与新首相制定出新的货币政策，这会需要一定时间。至於英伦银行，其现时主要正面对脱欧的不明朗因素。相信由现在到年底，英伦银行也不会改动货币政策。留待弹药，待年底脱欧情况确定後才作出相应行动。
