本周三新西兰央行将议息
新西兰维持息率不变是意料中事，重点要留意是其会否暗示推出负息的时 间表。继上次议息会新西兰央行扬言会推负息後，上周所见英伦银行也表示会考虑负息。一时间负息这个问题成了市场焦点。而据新西兰利率期货价格变化显示，於今年内市场估计新西兰出现负息的可能性虽只有 14%，但到明年 2 月出现负息的机会却高达七成。至於新西兰央行执行的负息的日子会否较市场预期更早，还看本周新西兰央行议息会，看新西兰央行会否给予我们启示。
美联储主席将在国会的听证会发表讲话
9月21日-27日当周美联储多位官员的将发表讲话，重点留意美联储主席鲍威尔在国会的听证会，同时美国财政努钦也会在听证会上作证。央行方面，新西兰联储和瑞士央行将公布9月利率决议，新西兰联储可能进一步放松货币政策，瑞士央行方面关注是否有意强调瑞郎汇率问题。
