欧洲央行行长拉加德接受《彭博》访问时表示，即使新冠疫苗研发有进展，但认为未能左右当局对经济前景的预测，因她认为新一波新冠病毒疫情可能持续至明年。此外，拉加德又指，疫情紧急买债计划及定向长期再融资操作，已对经济提供有效支持，并相信明年市场的不确定性将会减少。欧央行已准备重新调整措施，继续确保融资状况稳定，使危机不会伸延至金融领域。
