【欧盟宣布将封关30 天】

【油价前景不太乐观】
沙特能源部表示，已要求国家石油公司沙特阿美於未来几个月，维持每日原油出口量达 1, 230 万桶。此外，美国能源资料署 EIA 公布，上周原油库存增加 195.4 万桶，虽低於市场预期 440 桶，但 未能为油价带来支持。因全球疫情蔓延打压原油需求，同时，沙特与俄罗斯的价格战没有任何缓和的 迹象，使国际油价持续受压，并创近 18 年新低
