欧盟终於达成了 7,500 亿欧元的援助经济方案
经历连续四天的大会，欧盟於昨天本港时间约中午时分，终於达成了 7,500 亿欧元的援助经济方案。这是一个历史性时刻，首次欧盟 27 个成员国愿意共同发债，共同承担债务，并把筹集回来的资金由欧盟作主共同分配。与先前报导一致，在这 7,500 亿欧元的资金当中，3,900 亿欧元将用作补贴在疫情中经济严重受损国家，其馀 3,600 亿欧元则以低息借予有需要的国家。
就1 万亿美元援救美国经济方案, 两党仍存很大分歧
美国财长努钦把其 1 万亿美元援救美国经济方案与民主党讨论，当中包括美国国会众议院议长佩洛西等。会後，他们指在如果动用资金方面，两党仍存很大分歧。但双方均期望可於本月 底前把方案通过。
