澳洲央行維持現金利率0.1%
澳洲央行於議息會後，宣布維持現金利率於 0.1%不變，並按計劃將每周買債規模，由 50 億澳元縮減至 40 億澳元。不過，同時將買債計劃延長至最少明年 2 月，主要考慮到 Delta 變種病毒蔓為經濟復蘇帶前景，所帶來的不確定性所影響。此外，澳央行又預計於 2024 年之前也不會加息，當中對就業及實質通脹前景看法仍較悲觀。澳央行指未來將持續檢視買債計劃，連同低利率及國債孳息率目標等一系列措施，可為當地經濟提供充足及持續支持。澳央行再度延長買債計劃，反映政策立場仍保持寬鬆。故於議息會後，澳元隨即走弱。
英國央行為了穩定通脹，下年很大機會加息
英倫銀行貨幣政策委員桑德斯於出席一項網上活動時表示，擔心在英國年通脹率升至 4%時，若央行繼續購買資產可能會導致中期通脹預期上升，結果很可能需要之後更大幅度的貨幣政策收緊，且可能在下次經濟需要更多刺激時，令央行適時應對的空間受限。此外，桑德斯又重申，若經濟持續增長，且通脹變得更為穩固，英倫央行可能需要明年加息。
