【全球对石油需求跌, 减产未能推动油价】
虽然美国国内有反垄断法，使美国难於与油组合作减产支持油价。但据特朗普政府指，美国并非与油组合谋减产，只是全球对石油需求跌，所以美国国内产油商同时降低产量而已。不论如何， 从周一油价变化所见，似乎减产行动未能有效推升油价。一来可能这个减产要到 5 月 1 日才实施，现在尚未真正减产。二来市场普遍认为这个减幅远远不足以支持油价。无论如何，相信到了 5 月 1 日减产是否有效将自有分晓。
【黄金2012年12月高位】
周一金价大升，现货黄金一度飙升逾2％，创2012年12月以来新高，并在周二亚盘逐步增加走高。同时发生疫情出现的替代增加美联储无限量宽松也部分施压美元，也 对黄金构成支撑。总体而言，发生黄金突破了关键的压力位1703.39美元，短时间上行的动力明显。CFTC持仓数据显示，近一个月基金经理的黄金净多头持仓基本没有变化，暗示基金经理 正在观望以寻找入场的时机
