新西兰央行行长不排除有负息的可能
继上周三(13 日) 新西兰央行行长奥尔在议息会後指，不能排除该行走负息的可能及宣布倍增量宽金额到 600 亿新西兰元後，本周二新西兰央行副行长 Bascand 重申，如当地经济续转差不能排除该行有进一步扩大量宽的可能性。这位副行长指，当地第二季经济将很大机会大幅倒退，而疫情的发展亦为经济前景带来很大的不明朗。所以必须维持所有货币政策选项在手。至於疫情控制方面，新西兰的情况明显较欧美国家优胜，现时新西兰正降低其疫情警戒至第二级别。即商场丶戏院及健身室等已重开。
中国宣布向澳洲大麦徵收惩罚性关税
继牛肉後，中国本周宣布向澳洲大麦徵收 80.5%惩罚性关税，为期 5 年。据了解，在澳洲整体大麦出口当中，一半是输往中国。中国是现时全球最大的大麦进口国，大麦主要用於让酒及用作为动物饲料。而在上述关税未实施前，澳洲是中国大麦的最大供应国。中国不向澳洲进口大麦可转向欧洲丶加拿大及阿根延购买。但澳洲失去了中国这庞大市场後，就是寻找到新买家，相信价格也要某程度上下降。
