日本央行不会改变通胀目标
日本央行行长黑田东彦於 G30 网上国际银行研讨会上表示，央行不需要改变央行的通胀目标或前瞻性指引，即使美国及欧洲均在重新评估政策框架，并寻求更好的方式刺激经济增长。而目前日本央行已具备一个与美联储的平均通胀目标「非常相似」的框架，承诺通过增加货币基础直到通胀率稳定超过其2%的目标，言论反映於首相菅义伟上任後，日本央行暂不急於改变政策框架，以提振低迷的通胀及经济前景。
欧洲央行行长认为区内经济复苏不明朗
欧洲央行行长拉加德於接受法国传媒访问时表示，区内经济复苏仍存在不平均及不明朗，且有失去动力的风险。故央行将密切关注秋季指标，并将如期於明年初开始，向受疫情打击的欧盟成员国发放总值7, 500 亿欧元的复苏基金。此外，又指将促请欧盟考虑将复苏基金列为永久的政策工具。言论有助提振其他南欧国家债券价格表现，相对令债息回落。
