日本央行宣布维持利率和国债收益率目标不变
日本央行於议息会议後，宣布维持利率及 10 年期国债收益率目标不变，符合巿场预期。不过，央行却意外宣布将目前约 75 万亿日圆的特别贷款计划规模，大幅扩大至 110 万亿日元。且重申将继续保持资产购买计划，如果需要，将毫不犹豫地采取更多行动。此外，央行又预期短期丶长期利率维持在当前水平，且经济将在一段时间内将保持极度严峻形势。至於当前通胀，央行预计一段时间内按通胀年率将处於零水平或降至负值。而由於疫情对经济的影响存在很高的不确定性，故央行正密切关注疫情的影响。并承诺将继续积极购买 ETF丶日本地产信托基金 (J-REITs) ，并通过日本国债购买丶美元基金操作，为市场提无限供充足的日圆及外汇基金拨备。
特朗普计划推出1 万亿美元的基础设施计划
据彭博引述消息指，总统特朗普正计划推出一项总值达 1 万亿美元的基础设施计划，以推动美国经济复苏。初步版本将大部分资金用於公路和桥梁等项目，但也将为 5G 无线基础设施及农村宽频留出资金。於财政及货币双重刺激政策憧憬下，美元避险需求明显被削弱。
