日本央行考虑延长企业融资措施期限
日本央行总裁黑田东彦於受访时表示，当地经济正逐渐迈向复苏，但鉴於东京以外地区的新型肺炎确诊数字增加，经济下行风险颇大。并指如有必要，央行将考虑将明年 3 月到期的企业融资措施期限延长，为受新型病毒疫情冲击的企业提供资金。而未来央行可透过包括扩大贷款计划丶削减短期及长期利率目标丶加大 ETF 购买等，为市场提供量宽资金。
澳洲央行维持利率0.25%不变
澳洲央行於议息会议後，宣布维持利率於 0.25%不变，符合市场预期。议息声重申，於实现充分就业丶通胀目标取得进展之前，利率会保持不变。而面对自 1930 年以来最严重的经济收缩，央行承诺将尽力支持就业及企业，并宣布由明日 (5 日) 起恢复购买国债，且有需要时会加码。尽管全球经济前景充满不确定性，但央行仍乐观认为衰退最差时间已经过去，至於复苏进度将取决疫情受控情度而定。
