歐元區去年 11 月生產物價指數(PPI)按年續升 23.7%，高於市場預期的 22.9%及前值的 21.9%。若按月計算，PPI 則上升 1.8%，亦高於市場預期的 1.2%，但升幅較前月的 5.4%有所放緩，主要仍受能源價格上升所帶動，當中能源價格按月上升 3.5%，按年則升 66%。數據反映烏克蘭緊張局勢持續，擔心歐洲與俄羅斯互相交惡、北溪二號天然氣管延遲供氣，以及冬季季節性需求上升等因素，正帶動歐洲燃料價格飈升，對區內企業成本造成龐大的上漲壓力，而且亦留意下周俄羅斯與美方及北約會談後，能否緩和當前緊張局勢。
