歐央行無意再增加買債規模
路透社報導，周一歐央行各委員在視像會議上討論了何時應開始減少其 1.85 萬億歐元緊急 抗疫購債計劃(PEPP) 金額。當中德國及奧地利央行行長支持盡早削買債規模。法國及意大利 央行行長則傾向支持保持現時買債狀況。現階段難以衡量是聯儲局還是歐央行會率先削買債 規模。但一點幾可肯定，歐央行已無意再增加買債規模。只要歐央行不再願意增加量寬，為 免美元被拋，失去其領導地位，可想象聯儲局也難繼續加大量寬金額。這會限制日後拜登政 策推一個又一個的大型刺激經濟方案。
FCA 禁止Binance在英國的業務
英國金融機構表示，全球最大加密貨幣交易所之一的幣安(Binance)不能進行任何受監管的活動，並針對該平臺向消費者發出預警。英國金融市場行為管理局（FCA）在當地時間6月25日的一份通知中表示，作為幣安在英國唯一受監管的實體，Binance Markets Ltd “未經FCA書面許可，不得展開任何受監管的活動……該決定立刻生效”。Binance 在聲明中回應稱，該公司在2020年收購的Binance Markets 並未使用其監管許可，FCA的行為不會影響到Binance網站上的服務。Binance還表示，“我們采取合作的態度配合監管機構，我們非常認真地履行我們的合規義務，我們積極跟進這一領域不斷變化的政策、法規。 ”去年6月，幣安收購了一家受FCA監管的實體，並利用該實體提供使用英鎊、歐元的加密貨幣交易服務。
