歐盟執委會副主席認為歐盟與俄羅斯的關係已到低谷
本週三歐盟執委會副主席、外交及安全政策高級代表博雷利(Josep Borrell)表示，儘管歐盟與俄羅斯的關係已經處於“最低谷”，但歐盟他們必須做好有關雙邊關係將會進一步惡化的準備。他並且表示，由27個成員國組成的歐盟必須變得更加“強大而且有韌性”，並採取抵制、約束和接觸的政策組合，努力讓歐盟與莫斯科的關係更加穩定和可預測。他對記者表示，“歐盟需要現實一點，為我們與俄羅斯關係的進一步惡化做好準備。目前，我們的關係處於最低谷。” 博雷利說:“為了遏制俄羅斯破壞歐盟利益的企圖，歐盟本身必須變得更強大、更有韌性，”。而且他認為歐盟的目標應該是逐步改變雙邊關係的發展，使其更加可預測且更加穩定。歐盟委員會主席馮德萊恩將與俄羅斯關係的發展描述為一種惡性循壞。
金價曾經一度大跌至1800美元大關
在美聯儲官員預測大流行後的首次加息將會提前到2023年，黃金價格周三(6月16日)遭遇瘋狂拋售大幅下跌。現貨黃金收報1812.13美元/盎司，下跌46.49美元或2.50%，盤中一度觸及1863.15美元/盎司高點，但隨後大幅回落近60美元至1803.23美元/盎司低點，尾盤自低位有所回升。在新的預測中，18位美聯儲官員中有11位預計2023年將至少兩次加息，每次加息25個基點，盡管官員們在聲明中承諾暫時保持政策支持，以鼓勵持續的就業復蘇。不過，美聯儲將指標短期利率持續維持在接近零的水平，并且表示他們將會繼續每月購買1200億美元國債，以推動經濟復蘇。
