歐盟與英國就藥物和北愛爾蘭地區海關加強談判
歐盟與英國將於本周就北愛爾蘭地區海關檢查以及進入該地區的藥物等問題加強談判。由於英方早 前曾威脅，可能根據「北愛爾蘭議定書」第 16 條規定單方面廢除協定書的部分條款，市場擔憂雙 方貿易爭端再現將導致彼此經濟受損。英倫銀行於月初曾預計，若英方廢除部分條款將引致英國 GDP 按年損失達 1%。不過，上周五歐盟談判代表謝夫喬維奇表示，與英國脫歐事務大臣弗羅斯特 會面後，雙方談判氣氛及語氣似有所改變，言論帶動英鎊匯價從低位作出反彈。
