澳洲央行一如既往维持所有货币政策不变
澳洲央行於议息会後，一如市场预期维持所有货币政策不变，息率保持於 0.25%水平不变。於议息声明中，澳央行行长洛威指，从近期经济情况所见，澳洲经济非原先想象中严峻，但仍面对着自 1930年代以来最恶劣的经济环境。并承认，疫情对澳洲经济而言仍是最大的不确定因素。在货币政策上，央行将维持低息政策一段长时间，直至见到就业改善及通胀达标。并重申如有需要，不能排除加推量宽政策的可能性。央行声明与上月大改相似，尽管在声明中强调经济前景的不确定性，但并未提及有关国内疫情发展的看法，反映央行目前仍未对疫情进展感到过份担忧。
英国宣布冻结侵犯人权人仕在英国的资产
英国於脱欧後首次以独立国家身份宣布对三个国家，包括沙特阿拉伯丶俄罗斯及北韩的一些侵犯人权人仕，冻结他们在英国的资产。英国这样做当然有其道理，但过去英国予人感觉，是一个非常自由，欢迎各方投资资金进出的地方。惟此例一开或会使部份中东及俄罗斯富商，以及海外投资资金对投资英国却步。
