澳洲财长反对FIRB批准中国公司的收购计划
澳洲《金融评论报》引述消息指，澳洲财长弗吕登贝格(Josh Frydenberg)反对外资投资审核局(FIRB)批准的一宗有关中国乳业公司的收购计划，据悉该项收购建议总价值约为 6 亿澳元。若消息属实，这将是澳洲自 7 月修改外商投资法以来的首个政府否决个案，该法律赋予财长最终决定权，可以对 FIRB 批准的交易提出不同看法，或施加限制条件，甚至在存在国家安全风险的情况下强制对方撤资。行动势将损及中国与澳洲目前的经贸及外交关系
