特朗普名下企業DWAC股價大升356%
美國前總統特朗普(Donald Trump)10月20日宣佈，將自創社群媒體平台「TRUTH Social」，並透過名為Digital World Acquisition(DWAC.US)的特殊目的併購公司(SPAC)上市。消息曝光後，DWAC爆量大升，21日股價一度飆升逾400%，成為話題性十足的美股。CNBC、《華爾街日報》等外媒報導，21日DWAC股價狂升356.83%、收45.50美元。由於升幅過於劇烈，當天DWAC多次觸動熔斷機制，盤中一度上升超過400%，達到52美元的新高天價。DWAC不僅是富達投信(Fidelity)交易平台21日交易最活躍的個股，也是截至目前，紐約證交所和那斯達克交易所的整合資訊帶(Consolidated Tape)上，交易量有史以來最高的股票。根據FactSet的數據，在21日一般交易時段，DWAC交易量超過4.7億股。相較之下，追蹤標普500指數的SPDR標普500指數ETF(SPY.US)僅交易約3,200萬股。特朗普旗下媒體公司「特朗普媒體與科技集團」(Trump Media & Technology Group，TMGT)20日發新聞稿宣佈，與DWAC達成合併協議，將在那斯達克交易所借殼上市，由特朗普出任新公司董事長，並推出名為「TRUTH Social」的新社群媒體平台。
