美国将制定政策向欧盟作报复
据了解美国正准备出招打压欧洲飞机制造商。美国一直指责欧盟 在背後补贴其飞机制造商，对美国飞机做成不公平。美国贸易代表署正制定出一张总值 31 亿美元来自欧洲货物的清单准备徵重关税以作报复，当中商品包括有不同酒类及黑橄榄等。上述忧虑正为欧元汇价带来压力。
联储局宣布禁止银行发放股息及回购股份
昨晚，联储局宣布禁止当地大型银行发放股息及回购股份直至今年第四季度。联储局解释，在对大型银行进行测试期间发现，很多银行受到疫情影响，其呆坏账大幅增加。而在 34 间被测试的银行中，其合共坏账高达 7,000 亿美元，因而作出上述决定。由於上述消息是在美股收市後公布，所以影响不到昨晚美股表现，但相信将对今昨美国银行股股价带来压力。
