据美国约翰霍普金斯大学统计，美国独立日公众假期周末，确诊新冠病毒个案累积增至超过 285.28万宗，较上周四的 273.26 万宗，急增至 12.01 万宗。当中，包括得克萨斯丶佛罗里达及亚利桑那州的确诊病例均见急升。美国新型肺炎病例持续激增，增添市场对全球经济复苏前景的忧虑，利淡市场投资气氛。
黄金升至半年高位
刚刚过去的一周，现货黄金整体呈现冲高回落的走势，因为美国新冠疫情新增病例激增，市场担忧情绪升温，再加上美联储主席鲍威尔讲话偏向鸽派，会议纪要释放维持货币宽松信号，金价一度顶破1780关口，刷新近半年高点至1789.28美元/盎司；但本周出炉的一系列经济数据表现乐观，包括非农数据，全球股市普遍上涨，令金价涨势受限，最终收报1775.32美元/盎司，周线微涨0.23%。
