美国新申领失业救济人数四个月来首度回升
美国最新首次申领失业救济人数有 141.6 万人，按周增加 10.9 万。明显，受到多个美国州份疫情严重，必须重推限制令，是推升失业数字的主因。不过，除了上述坏消息，昨晚美国也有好消息。美国财长努钦指，就新一轮的 1 万亿美元援救经济方案，据了解已与参议院共和党人初步达成协议，现待与民主党作谈判，期望方案能於本月底顺利达成。
欧盟委员会主席指个成员国领袖日前通过的新一份 7年财政预算并不全面
欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩(Ursula von der Leyen)认为，欧盟 27 个成员国领袖日前通过的新一份 7年财政预算属於压缩版本，若干地方的预算金额并不足够。在冯德莱恩发言後，欧洲议会议员由於不满预算缺乏进取策略丶应对新冠病毒大流行对经济造成重创，以大比数通过决议案，强烈批评预算遭到削减，损害可推动欧洲经济持续复苏的基础。欧洲议会对预算拥有最终决定权，预期将於今年底进行表决。
