美国难以位短期内达成救经济方案
市场仍在幻想白宫与民主党能够於短期内达成局部的救经济方案以尽快对经济带来舒缓。不过，就昨天所见，美国众议院议长佩洛西就表明，她只会与财长努钦达成局部的救经济方案协议，当能保证一个更全面的救经济方案协议最终能达成。明显，民主党是不会放弃其一直在主张的一个较特朗普政府所要求，更庞大的救经济方案。似乎为了大选争取选票，美国两党各自有各自的盘算，要有大选前通过方案看似可能性不大。
英伦银行行长指英国己有充足准备应付新一轮疫情爆发
英伦银行行长贝利表示，近期英国疫情升温，使经济前景处於高度的不确定性，亦存在下行风险。并指央行目前仍有备用政策，若新一轮疫情爆发，将会运用政策工具，以缓和疫情冲击。鉴於目前英国疫情仍未见受控，贝利言论增加市场对英伦银行短期内推出宽松政策的机会。
