美國兩黨在施政方面存在較大分歧
據彭博引述消息指，美國共和黨參議員羅姆尼反對由民主黨參議院領袖舒默提出的增加水務設施撥款，認為是違反兩黨早前就達成基建方案的共識。拜登 1.2 萬億美元基建計劃自 6 月底與共和黨達成共識後，一直處於膠著狀態。若本周內仍未能獲通過，則有可能需要等待 9 月國會休會完畢後才能繼續。美國基建計劃一波多折，且金額不斷縮減，突顯兩黨於施政上的分歧仍大。
白銀大跌至25美元
雖然美元指數周二(7月27日)下滑，但是白銀價格當日仍然出現大跌，趺至25.00美元/盎司關口。目前投資者等待美聯儲決議，預計將再度引發市場行情。分析師指出，如銀價失守24.75-25美元/盎司重要區域，後市將面臨進一步大跌的風險。美聯儲的月度會議已經於周二開始，并且將持續到周三，預期將保持基準利率接近于零，隨後美聯儲主席鮑威爾(Jerome Powell)將舉行新聞發布會。投資者將關注美聯儲是否會傳遞縮減購債的信號。
