美國會以美國民眾接種疫苗的進度作為買債規模的指標
美國聖路易斯地區聯儲局總裁布拉德(James Bullard) 周初提出，可考慮把美國民眾接種疫苗的進度與聯儲局何時縮減買債規模兩者掛鉤。言下之意，待美國一旦有著 75%民眾完成接種疫苗後，使美國可有效得到全民免疫，到了這時候當美國經濟重拾信心，便是聯儲局採取減少買債之時。此話引起不少市場想法。一點必須理解，現時美國民眾接種最少一劑疫苗的比率已到達近四成。以現時每日約 400 多萬人接種的速度，料不用多久便可達到 75%接種率。
金價開始回穩上升
黃金價格本周初受美元回穩承壓后，美國關鍵通脹數據重回眼簾，提振金價目前處于1745美元上方持續復蘇。美國消費者價格指數(CPI)上月躍升0.6%，為2012年8月以來的最大漲幅，美國國債收益率和美元指數相繼承壓回落。新冠疫苗再次掀起浪花， 美國食品藥品管理局(FDA)與疾病管制與預防中心(CDC)基于血栓疑慮，要求各州暫停使用強生公司疫苗，大大打擊美國疫苗接種的進度。截至香港時間08時21分，黃金價格跌幅達到0.01%，至1745.60美元。
