英国可能违反「脱欧」条款
据《路透社》引述消息指，由於英国可能违反「脱欧」协议部分条款，令欧盟可能推迟决定是否容许伦敦继续为欧元交易结算至本月底。较早前，欧盟表示即使英国明年「无序脱欧」，亦容许伦敦结算所在有限时间内继续服务欧盟客户，原定於本周公布有关细节。目前超过 90%的欧元计价的掉期交易於伦敦结算所处理，如果短时间大量交易转至其他机构，可能造成市场震荡。欧丶英双方均於有限的谈判期内，向对方作出极限施压，使有关谈判的不确定性明显增加。
金价稍微下跌
金价周二小幅度下跌，从盘中稍早触及的近两周高位回落，因美元上升，不过对美联储将采取鸽派货币政策立场的希望限制了避险黄金的跌幅。日内重中之重是美联储决议，市场将关注美联储修订後的经济预测以及有关通胀目标和资产购买的相关信息。值得一提的是美联储将在本次会议上对於2023年经济做出预期，这代表了美联储的长期前景，因此将对黄金和美元产生直接影响。
