英国政府宣布最快下周能供应新冠疫苗
英国政府宣布，已接纳药监部门建议批准紧急使用一款由美国及德国药厂共同研发的新冠疫苗，最快下周可以供应，令英国成为首个批准使用这款疫苗的国家。衞生大臣夏国贤形容是好消息，指医院已准备好接收疫苗，并预计高危人仕可在接收疫苗後数日内开始接种。目前英国已订购 4, 000 万剂该疫苗，能供 2,000 万人接种，每人两针。大约 1,000 万剂疫苗应该很快供应，当中首批付运量为 80 万剂。由於相关疫苗必须透过超低温设备运送，市场正观望疫苗的实际防护效力，以衡量能否达到群体免疫效果。
