英國把削減買樓印花稅計劃延長振興樓市
據英國按揭公司 Halifax 的最新調查報告顯示，當地 3 月份平均 樓價按月按年分別上升 1.1%及 6.5%。其樓價年增長是過去 4 個月內最強。英國 3 月樓價再度轉強，主要是英國財長在 3 月的財政預算案中宣布，把原先於 3 月底結束的削減買樓印花稅計劃，延長到今年9 月，因而再次刺激買家入市買樓，並推升了樓價。
市場樂觀行情強撐金價
黃金價格在上周臨近尾聲前，就面臨美債收益率和美元指數回穩的挫敗，本周開局也確定承壓于空頭走勢。但隨著美聯儲連續釋放鴿派信息后，美聯儲主席鮑威爾講話再提振樂觀基本面，強調美國經濟臨近拐點，未來數月就業市場勢頭將增速。而中美地緣政治展現全新局面，美國總統拜登的政府高官將首度前往中國，與其同行就氣候變化問題展開合作討論。市場樂觀行情將強撐黃金，避免回落空頭的局面持久難耐。截至香港時間08時24分，黃金價格跌幅達到0.10%，至1742.40美元。
