英伦银行於议息会议後，货币政策委员会(MPC)成员以全票决定维持利率於0.1%及所有货币政策不变，符合市场预期。会後声明指出，当地经济复苏情况比 5 月时预测来得更快丶更早，且认为目前的政策立场是适合的。未来，央行还有其他可用工具，包括资产购买及前瞻性指引等。若形势恶化，央行将准备加快购买国债的步伐。
中美官员将於下周六举行视像会议,商讨首段贸易协议
美国农业部数据显示，本年上半年，美国对内地农产品及相关产品出口总额为 72.7 亿美元，只占首阶段中美贸易协议本年采购目标总额的 20%。不过，由於大豆较沙包更具抗洪防水能力，有助对抗南方流域汛情。故为填补缺口，市场估计下半年内地对大豆仍有庞大的需求。早前华尔街日报引述消息指，中美官员将於下周六 (15 日) 举行视像会议中评估首段贸易协议的执行情况，市场关注双方协议能否维持。
