EIA原油库存减少99.4万桶, 超过市场预期
美国能源资料署(EIA) 公布，上周原油库存减少 99.4 万桶，减幅略高于市场预期的减少 50 万桶。期内，汽油库存急升 446.6 万桶，而蒸馏油库存则减少 9,000 桶。数据或反映随着市场对新冠疫情缓和的憧憬，以及冬季燃料需求上升，正带动纽约油价续升并创近 1 年新高。
意大利总统宣布筹组新内阁
意大利总统马塔雷拉宣布，将委任前欧洲央行行长德拉吉筹组新内阁，以接替早前辞职的前总理孔特，以免意大利需要提早大选，不利应对新冠疫情的工作。惟德拉吉仍须获国会大多数支持，才能成为新任总理。不过，意大利股市及债市已率先受该消息所提振，或反映有着深厚金融背景身份的德拉吉已得到金融市场所认可。
