Panasonic將供應與TESLA 同款圓筒狀電池給Canoo的「Lifestyle Vehicle」上
日本車用電池大廠Panasonic已和美國新創電動車(EV)廠Canoo簽訂供應長約，將自2022年起供應電池給Canoo，且將供應的產品和美國電動車大廠TESLA採用的產品同款。日經新聞、時事通信社26日報導，Panasonic已和Canoo簽訂長達數年的供應長約，將自2022年起供應車用電池給Canoo。Panasonic將供應給Canoo的電池和TESLA現行採用的圓筒狀電池是同款產品，將搭載於Canoo預計2022年在歐美市場開賣的電動車「Lifestyle Vehicle」上。Canoo於美國當地時間25日正式發表上述消息。報導指出，Panasonic將供應給Canoo的電池會在日本生產、出口，負責組裝的荷蘭VDL Nedcar會將該電池組裝於Canoo的電動車上。據悉，Canoo和多家電池廠接洽，但最終Panasonic電池的耐久性等性能獲得Canoo青睞。除了和TESLA共同營運的美國工廠之外，Panasonic也利用日本大阪市、大阪府貝塚市的工廠生產圓筒狀電池。Panasonic指出，「將利用不會對TESLA供貨造成影響的產線出貨給Canoo」。Panasonic 26日飆升5.64%，收1,527日圓，創約3年4個月來(2018年6月15日以來)收盤新高水準。
