《金融时报》指英国政府已放弃与美国达成贸易协议
正当美国国务卿蓬佩奥於本周访问英国之际，蓬佩奥指期望可与英国今年内签订美英贸易条款。 不过，英国《金融时报》却泼冷水，指英国政府已放弃与美国，在美国大选前达成贸易协议的盼望。这分析也有一定道理。现已接近 7 月底，距离美国大选尚有约三个月。在此期间相信特朗普根本无闲处理与英国的贸易问题。而大选後美国政府是否继续由特朗普主持这亦是个未知数。所以英国要在今年底前与美国达成贸易协议基本上是近乎无可能。
金价直逼1900美元关口!
周三因为疫情蔓延和国际担忧情绪升温，推动黄金继续走高，并在周四早盘续刷9年高位，进一步逼近1900美元关口。同时市场押注美元进一步走低的预期升温，且数据显示美国失业人数再度出现回升的迹象，这都支撑金价走高。短时间需继续关注美国刺激法案的进展，目前市场的预期是失业救助到期前通过的可能性不大，因此美国两党在延长失业救助上将达成何种共识，对於未来一段时间内消费支出将产生直接的影响。
