【世卫总干事指新冠疫情有机会在世界快速扩散】
世卫总干事谭德塞表示，新冠疫情在中国以外地区快速扩大，情况令人非常忧虑。若各国不快速行动 阻止疫情蔓延，疫情可朝向任何方向发展。目前仍然可以控制疫情，但「机会窗口」正在缩窄。此外，美国疾控中心表示，疫情在美国社区传播非常可能发生，正在做好准备。世卫承认遏止疫情蔓延 的机会正在缩小，加剧市场对疫情或於环球蔓延的担忧，进一步加深市场避险气氛，带动金价连升 8 日，并高企於 7 年以来高位。

因新冠疫情事件引发的担忧情绪使得全球股市下跌，同时美国制造业和服务业PMI双降，提高了美联储的降息预期，这使得黄金继续走高，并且本周一跳空高开逼近1680关口。本周还需要关注美国的耐用品订单和核心PCE数据，以寻找美国制造业和通胀的线索。短时间关注黄金是否会冲击1700美元。
