中国於5月12日宣布第二批对美加徵关税商品的排除清单
中国国务院关税税则委员会周二(12 日) 宣布第二批对美加徵关税商品的排除清单，包括稀土金属矿丶黄金矿砂等 79 项商品。於 2020 年 5 月 19 日至 2021 年 5 月 18 日期间，不再加徵反制美 301 措施所徵的关税，且对已加徵的关税税款将予以退还。不过，第一及第二批以外的其馀商品，暂不予排除，但企业可根据相关公告申请市场化采购排除。中方突对部份美国进囗商品作关税排除，料有助缓和近期中美两国的贸易紧张关系。
美国原油库存高於市场预期的 429.5 万桶
美国石油协会(API)公布，上周美国原油库存增加 758 万桶，是连续 16 个星期上升，高於市场预期的 429.5 万桶，而汽油库存则见减少 191 万桶，减幅不及市场预期，至於蒸馏油库存则意外增加 471万桶。值得留意是美国主要原油中心库欣上周原油库存终见减少 226 万桶，为 10 星期以来首见，反映低油价，以及全球重启经济活动，有望逐步提升市场对原油需求。
