人民幣兌一籃子貨幣升至六年以來新高，中外匯自律機制召開會議要求管理匯率風險
根據昨晚(11月18日)中國央行網站上發佈的新聞稿，中國外匯自律機制已在本周召開第8次會議，並通過了有關《中國外匯市場準則》和匯率風險中性理念倡議書。當中指出未來人民幣匯率會常態雙向波動，目標是平衡偏離程度和糾偏力度到均衡。該聲明提出未來人民幣存在升值或貶值空間，因為在全球主要經濟體央行開始調整貨幣政策底下，影響匯率的因素會較多。並建議企業和金融機構堅持風險中性來更好地應對外部衝擊。
外匯自律機制的警告值得重視，早在今年5月份人民幣兌美元升至6.4時。為了逼使人民幣匯率下調，中國外匯自律機制在5月27日召開第7次會議，隨後央行在31日下午上調金融機構外匯存款準備金2個百分點。此為14年來第一次上調外匯準備金，人民幣隨即開始了長達兩個月兌美元的走弱。
