金融時報、路透社、華爾街日報報導，丹麥總理Mette Frederiksen直言，北溪一、二號天然氣管線外洩，不能排除蓄意破壞的可能性。這兩條輸氣管是引發歐洲能源危機的關鍵。德國官員也說，兩條輸氣管突然失壓，可能是鎖定人為攻擊導致，不排除俄國參與其中。
交易員憂慮俄國對歐洲的天然氣供給，將進一步受創，歐洲天然氣價格盤中大升20%。
瑞典海事當局週二(27日)通報，北溪一號管道在波羅的海波恩荷爾摩島(Bornholm)附近出現兩處洩漏。丹麥能源部稍早也說，北溪二號管線在地近波恩荷爾摩島之處出現外洩。北溪輸氣管營運商說，一天內三條管線遭到破壞，損害程度「前所未見」。
