市场对疫情反弹感到不乐观
美国卫生部长阿扎表示，若大型药厂与德国伙伴公司研发的疫苗获紧急授权使用，美国政府最快可於 12 月为国民接种。此外，美国衞生研究院传染病部门主管福奇表示，生物科技公司或可能於未来几日至个多星期内公布新冠病毒疫苗一项大型测试的数据。不过，据美国约翰霍普金斯大学数字显示，美国单日新增超过 20 万宗新冠病毒确诊个案，再创单日新高。加上全球疫情反弹形势亦不太乐观，使市场对全球出现新一波疫情担忧挥之不去。
欧盟将会下周三汇报贸易谈判进展
《路透社》引述消息指，欧盟外交官员不会在本周欧盟会议上，向成员国报告贸易谈判的最新进展，而是在下周三才汇报。若消息属实，预示本月 15 日将不会是英国与欧盟的最後谈判限期，同时，亦反映欧盟与英国可能无法一如市埸预期，在本月中前敲定「脱欧」贸易协议。
