德国 7 月 IFO 企业景气判断指数续升至 90.5，为连升第三个月，且高於市场预期的 89.3，前值修正为 86.3，反映德国企业信心进一步增强。IFO 表示，数据反映德国第三季经济开局良好，并维持第三季经济按季将会反弹 6.9%的预测。
美国1万亿美元的抗疫刺激计划困难重重
最新消息指，美国参议院共和党人公布了1万亿美元的抗疫刺激计划。共和党议员提议将每周的补充失业救济金从600美元下调至200美元，直到各州能够建立一个系统，为失业者提供相当於失业前70%收入的救济金，恐遭到民主党的反对。此外，共和党内部并未完全解决在联邦抗疫补充支出的规模和范围方面的分歧，可能加大与民主党的谈判难度。
