下周一(17 日) 将会是民主党的党大会。由於现在距离 11 月 3 日的大选日期愈来愈近，料民主党候选人拜登很大机会将於本周率先宣布其竞选拍档人选，使拜登与其拍档可於下周民主党大会上齐齐公开亮相争取支持。至於拜登的拍档是谁这点非常重要，因这将同时能反映出拜登如获选後的政策取向。
