日本央行維持利率及所有貨幣政策不變
日本央行於議息會後，宣布維持利率及所有貨幣政策不變，並將 10 年期國債孳息率維持於 0%水平，符合市場預期。會後聲明指，由於新冠疫情大流行持續影響消費，使目前經濟風險平衡偏向下行，但物價及經濟前景仍高度不明朗。並重申如有必要，將毫不猶豫地採取額外的寬鬆措施。此外，央行亦上調今明兩年經濟增長預測，分別為 4%及 2.4%。
金價難以突破1800關口位置
金價短期突破關鍵支撐線的跌勢，未能重新吸引黃金買家進場，目前正承壓難突破1800美元關口。鑒于美國共和黨指出，由美國國會兩黨議員組成的小組正在起草取代拜登的2.25萬億美元基礎建設計劃方案，令到美國總統拜登的基礎建設計劃規模遭砍半。加上全球疫情重燃和疫苗接種的懷疑，市場情緒正逐漸減弱。美聯儲貨幣政策會議領航新風險驅動，然而這之前觀望氛圍仍然濃厚。截至前香港時間08時05分，黃金價格跌0.09%，至1774.20美元。
