日本央行行長黑田東彥上周五提出，一旦日本的通脹率達到該行定下的 2%通脹目標，該行將會削減部份寬鬆貨幣政策。當中可能會率先考慮把日本 10 年債息維持於零的做法撤銷。雖然黑田東彥只是很初步的提出，但基於日本去年 12 月年通脹率已攀至 0.8%，而再不是以往的負息。所以我們實在不能忽略黑田的言論。
