【欧元区考虑发行「新冠债券」】
欧央行管委科斯塔表示，欧元区各国政府应该考虑共同发行专门用於应对新冠病毒疫情的「新冠债券」(Corona bond) ，为防疫工作提供资金，避免疫情成为第二次主权债务危机。有关建议 大致是由欧洲稳定机制发行新冠债券，所得收益将转给有所需要的成员国。债券可以通过欧盟的 长期预算偿还，可以有长达数十年的期限稀释成员国每年缴纳的费用。
【黄金有望反弹上升】
周一随着美联储开启无限量宽松措施，且各国央行协同释放流动性，此前因流动性紧缺所导致美元抢购潮得以逆转，市场情绪重回基本面。随着疫情蔓延，担忧情绪促进避险资金流入黄金，黄金刷新逾一周高点至1580美元。随着全球宽松浪潮迭起且流动性回归，黄金长期上涨已几无悬念。日内关注各国制造业PMI数据。技术面来看，美元周一收出一个十字星。
