约翰逊反对法国所提出有关捕渔权的要求
英国《太阳报》引述消息指，首相约翰逊坚决反对法国提出有关捕渔权问题的要求，并指除非欧盟在提出的要求作出让步，否则英国准备退出谈判。此外，路透社亦引述消息人士指，欧盟首席谈判代表巴尼耶指，对谈判感到悲观，认为双方在渔权问题丶公平竞争环境及贸易协议管理问题上，仍有重大分歧。 消息使市场对英国无协议「脱欧」预期随即升温，拖累英镑汇价一度急挫至两星期低位。
