【美国能源部长与沙特及俄罗斯能源部长通电】
美国能源部长布鲁耶特，於与沙特及俄罗斯能源部长作电话磋商後表示，期望两国能够在本周内结束市场份额争夺战。此外，布鲁耶特又指，美方鼓励本年二十国集团(G20)主席国沙特，在本周内召集 G20 能源部长开会，共同对全球油市埸问题进行谈判。言论反映美方有 意透过 G20 部长级会议层面，企图尽快解决近期因新冠疫情及油价暴跌，所引致的页岩油行业债务问题。
【黄金因很多不确定因素而上升】
周一因全球几个疫情最严重地区均出现新增病例增长放缓的情况，全球股市大涨，但是投资者未雨绸缪买入黄金以应对未来更多的不确定性因素，因此推动金价大幅走高。不过各国仍将出台更多的刺激措施以支撑经济，同时资金经理也小幅削减了黄金的净多头头寸。但分析师指出，各国持续的宽松措施可能会在未来成为引发市场通胀飙升的一个导火索，而黄金作为最佳的对冲通胀的工具将会明显收益。
