评级机构惠誉评中国为「A+」
评级机构惠誉确认中国评级为「A+」，评级展望稳定。同时，将中国本年经济增长预测，由早前预计的 1.2%，上调至 2.7%，是惠誉评级的主权国家中最高。惠誉表示，中国首季经济受到新型肺炎疫情严重打击之後，虽然经济增长情况仍然不平衡，但已显着复苏。此外，惠誉认为中美地缘局势升级，暂不会影响中国信贷基础。
因油价下跌,导致沙特阿拉伯第二季财政出现赤字
沙特阿拉伯财政部公布数字显示，当地第二季财政出现 291.2 亿美元赤字，主要是油价跌削弱其收入所致。报告中指，於第二季沙特的整体政府开支也已同时按年减少 17%但仍无法扭转赤字形势。沙特明显也难持久面对一个偏低油价。但过高油价会放生美国页岩油。所以不排除在沙特心目中，最理想是保持油价於纽约期油约 40 美元水平，上下不到 2 美元的波幅范围。
