韓國三星將投資超過180億美元芯片生產
全球車用芯片的需求量日增，供應量卻仍存在短缺無法解決。韓國三星瞄準芯片短缺將成長期問題，宣布將斥資逾180億美元，在首爾近郊的半導體主力基地建設新廠房，旨在力拼競爭台積電訂單。韓國三星13日發布消息稱，新廠房預計將在2022年下半年投產，涉足最尖端半導體的代工和半導體存儲器的生產。投資額預計超過2萬億日元，以汽車等廣泛產業的需求增加為背景，三星認為半導體短缺將長期化，因此決定啟動大型投資。
